Brett Busch

Brett Busch grew up in Northern Colorado.  He received a bachelor's degree in business (finance) from Colorado State University, graduated with Honors from Washburn University School of Law in 2009, and was a published author in the Washburn Law Journal.  Brett has specialized in workers' compensation and social security claims for nearly 15 years and has had cases featured in local and national media.  He has extensive experience in representing injured workers in all aspects of their claims and has given presentations on complex workers' compensation issues before other attorneys, judges, and state agency personnel.  He is committed to maximizing workers' compensation benefits for each client, whether that involves litigation, skilled settlement negotiation, or advice and counsel regarding medical and financial benefits.
